Please visit our Customer Support centre where we offer several options, so you can choose the one that works the best for you. Call back service is available Monday to Sunday between 10am to 8pm. If you can´t come to the phone when we call back, then our operators will try 2 more times to call you. An incident is a case that is created online, submitted and logged by customer service. You can update it and follow up until it is resolved. Registration is not required to open an incident if you choose to receive e-mail notifications.
