This website is also secured by a Thawte Digital Certificate. This ensures that in certain areas like "Order Checkout" and "Your account" we use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions via the World Wide Web and provides many security features, including: authentication, encryption and data integrity. The London Assay Office
: Fameo Ltd has his own sponsor´s mark registered at The London Assay Office. The mark is FMO. All Fameo gold and platinum jewellery is tested by the London Assay Office, which guarantees that the jewellery piece to be of the stated finesse and weight in compliance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973 and subsequent amendment. No jewellery piece or part of the piece is hallmarked unless it is first assayed and found to be of the standard of quality required by law and it is also illegal for fine jewellery above a certain minimum weight to be described or sold, as gold or platinum, unless they carry an approved hallmark.
British Jewellery Association
: Fameo Ltd is a full member of the British Jewellers Association (BJA). Our membership number is 48074. The British Jewellers Association is the national trade association which promotes and protects the growth and prosperity of UK jewellery companies and their customers and Fameo committed to adhering to the BJA´s Code of Ethics and to maintain the highest level of personal integrity, honesty and business ethics and comply with all Government laws and regulations relating to the jewellery industry.
