General delivery restrictions

We thoroughly investigate and check all orders for fraud and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law for any fraudulent activities, which may arise. We reserve the right to hold up or refuse to despatch any order it deems fraudulent. Due to the high risk of fraud, we prefer to deliver orders domestically to the UK. For our purposes, the UK includes England, Wales and Scotland, UK Highlands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Scottish Isles and all BFPO addresses. We may refuse to ship internationally or to the following types of UK domestic addresses:

Address without landline phone number;
Multiple delivery addresses;
Communal postal address;
Hotel address;
Business premises.

This list may change at any time at our discretion, due to an increase in insurance claims and fraudulent credit card transactions. However, we recognize that a minor inconvenience may be posed to some of our customers whose patronage we fully appreciate, but some security measures are necessary due to a very small percentage of parties with criminal intent. Therefore, to facilitate processing and delivery of your order, in some circumstances we may ask that one of the following proof of address documents be faxed or mailed to us:

Utility bill (under 3 months old) (mobile telephone statements are not accepted);
Local Authority tax bill (valid for the current year);
Bank/building society or credit union statement or passbook (under 3 months old);
Local Council rent card or Local Council tenancy agreement (under 3 months old);
Correspondence sent to you by the Inland Revenue.

Finally please note, that our working days are between Monday to Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders cannot be dispatched and/or delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.

Special Delivery 9am restrictions

Special Delivery 9.00am guarantees delivery to 99% of the country. This includes Northern Ireland and Jersey. However, this service does not cover certain places, such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and some remote parts of Scotland. The following list detail the postcodes and areas where we cannot deliver your order using Special Delivery 9am service and will use Special Delivery Next Day service instead:
