Can I place an order from outside the UK?

You can place your order from anywhere in the world, as long as your credit card has a billing address in either the UK, Western Europe, USA or Canada or you are paying for your order by bank transfer.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver goods outside the UK mainland due to VAT and laws of distance selling regulations, which apply to the retailers liability in sending and receiving faulty or damaged goods. If however you have a specific request, please contact us before placing an order and we will do all we can to accommodate your requirements and will try to provide you a quote for the additional fees of carriage, insurance and the total cost of the order.

Please note, that due to specific trade restrictions, import practices and a high risk of fraud we cannot accept and deliver orders to the following countries:
