How do I contact customer service?
We are here to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have several support options, so you can choose the one that works the best for you.

- Please visit our Help Centre and list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). You can also ask a question about any jewellery item or page at our website and we guarantee an answer within 24 hours either to your verified e-mail address or UK phone number. And if you don't like to be called or e-mailed, you can always sign-in to your account and review the answer, which will be posted to your private messages.
- By e-mail
- For general questions, our customer service team is available to provide you with the information you need via e-mail. Please send your e-mails to enquiries@fameo.co.uk. We will try to respond to your e-mail within 6 hours during regular business hours (GMT +0), and within 12 hours on non-business hours (GMT +0). Please note, that we cannot guarantee that you will receive our reply if your e-mail address is not verified. For a guaranteed reply, please consider verifying your e-mail address by registering an account. If you have tried to contact us in the past, but did not receive a reply, your ISP or e-mail program may be blocking e-mails from Fameo. Try consulting your e-mail program help pages, to find out how to change or remove the settings that filter or block our e-mails.

- You can call our Free-phone helpline Monday - Friday, between 10:00am to 20:00pm and speak with a customer service representative. Alternatively, you can request a call back service, which is available Monday to Sunday between 10am to 8pm. If you can't come to the phone when we call back, then our operators will try 2 more times to call you.
