What are your returns and refunds policies?

Shopping at Fameo Online Jewellery Boutique is entirely risk-free because of our 15-day money-back guarantee, 30-day faulty product guarantee and limited lifetime repair or replacement warranty for any defect, such as, but not limited to breakage, noticeable deformation, bending and denting that might occur with normal wear. Please note that we will only accept returned deliveries after activation of the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number through your online account at Fameo website and when only sent using the pre-paid, personalized return label enclosed with your original package. Any returned products that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will be refused and sent back to you at your expense. You can expect a refund for returned items in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and notification via e-mail and/or your account private messaging centre. For example, if you made a purchase using your credit card, we will charge back the amount to the credit card you used for the purchase, except for the gift certificates, which are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Alternatively, if requested, we can place the refund balance into your account, to be applied towards future purchases.
