Secure jewellery outer box

Specially designed black cardboard outer box, branded with Fameo logo in silver. The flip up lid opens to reveal an inner document pouch and foam product-stabilizing block wrapped in Fameo tissue paper for an extra layer of protection during transit of the jewellery.

Signature jewellery presentation box

The presentation jewel box is finely textured in jet black and branded with Fameo logo in silver on it´s cover. The lid opens up to reveal a luxurious leather-like inner pillow wrapped in a holder, which complements the jewellery and holds the items in place.

Personalised pre-paid return label

The return label allows you to return an item free of charge using a peelable sticker, which is detached and applied to the outside of the return package, enabling tracking. Full instructions are given to complete the whole process with the minimum of effort. Important limitations are listed which describes the various return policies allowed.

Certificate of authenticity card

The certificate verifies that the jewellery is an authentic creation of Fameo and contains a photograph of the jewellery piece, along with precious metal details graded by the London Assay Office, a description of the gemstones and diamonds used in the piece, as well as the designer´s name and edition run. The certificate is numbered, hand signed and dated to confirm authenticity.

Jewellery care cloth

The jewellery care cloth is of premium quality and 100% cotton. To renew the sparkle to your jewellery, the cloths are impregnated with a little silver polish to help keep a bright, clean finish to all of your jewellery. The cloth can be used for sterling silver, platinum, white or yellow gold, and brass.
