Free delivery assurance coverage

Your satisfaction is our top priority, therefore in addition to free delivery, Fameo offers free order delivery assurance for every shipment, against lost or damaged products on arrival and during transit from the Fameo office to your UK delivery address, except the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or HM Forces addresses:

  1. Claims for damaged product replacement must be made through our customer service centre within 3 days after signed receipt of delivery. Damaged products must be returned using our standard returns procedure. You should sign, "package damaged" and notify both us and the Royal mail immediately if the package appears damaged or tampered with in any way. Please keep all packaging and paperwork that came with the parcel safe, including the outer packaging;
  2. Claims for lost products or whole delivery replacement must be made through our customer service centre within 10 days of posting.

In the event of a claim, you (The Customer) hereby consent to us (Fameo Ltd) and Royal Mail to obtain any and all information with respect to tracing of products. If we are unable to replace your product due to product-limited availability, we will grant a full refund, following our refund guidelines. Fameo shall not be liable beyond the actual cash value of the product at the time any loss or damage occurs and the loss or damage shall be ascertained or estimated according to such actual cash value with proper deductions for depreciation, however caused, and shall in no event exceed what it would then cost to replace the same with material of like kind and quality.
