Our refund guidelines does not affect your statutory rights and when you send your product back to us or cancel the purchase before it has entered the delivery process, we will process your request and then notify you via email of your refund.
Your refund will be made at full without any deductions, under the following circumstances:

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. For example, if you made a purchase using your credit card, we will charge back the amount to the credit card you used for the purchase, except for the gift certificates, which are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Alternatively, if requested, we can place the refund balance into your online Fameo account, to be applied towards future purchases.
All products sold from Fameo online catalogue are subject for a full refund, but in the event where we find no fault on our part, or/and you violate our Returns policy, we reserve the right to deduct certain costs and expenses from your refund and it may include:

Unlike most retailers, Fameo will refund a custom order or commissioned jewellery, however custom work and/or jewellery that requires modification such as engraving, ring sizing or exchanging gemstones and is ordered on a commission basis is subject to the restocking charges which will be deducted from your refund or charged to your account in case of an exchange as a service fees.
